Focus of Activities

Claudia Weinhold advises tax and business management in the context of corporate transactions and carries out “financial” and “tax due diligences” as well as company valuations in this context. It also audits annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code and IFRS. Her clients include national and international companies, mainly from the service, trade and production sectors.

Education / Career

Claudia Weinhold studied business administration at the University of Regenburg. Her professional career began in 1990 in a tax consulting and auditing firm specializing in cross-border consulting for medium-sized companies in the US state of New York. She was admitted as a Certified Public Accountant in New York in 1992. After returning to Germany, she was appointed tax consultant in 1995 and auditor in 1998. Her professional career led her to the basic tax and accounting departments of a major international group.
