Focus of Activities

Michael Baumann is active in the field of tax consulting and auditing. His main areas of activity are the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements, processing of special tax issues and tax structuring advice. The main focus is on the areas of value added tax and international tax law. In the audit area, Michael Baumann is mainly entrusted with the audit of trading and production companies. In addition, Michael Baumann works on behalf of the European Commission in the area of planning and carrying out audits of subsidies.

Education / Career

Michael Baumann studied business administration with a focus on taxes/auditing and investment banking and has been working for BTUGROUP since 2004. He was admitted as a tax consultant in 2008.
