Dr. Matthias Augsburger assists our clients as a lawyer both in an advisory capacity and in court proceedings. He specializes in legal cases that need to be handled and efficiently resolved in a corporate context. In particular, this includes ongoing corporate law advice, support in M&A transactions and the enforcement of your claims (litigation). He has already advised and represented several managing directors, board members and companies in various matters and will be happy to assist you with complex issues.

Education / Professional background

Dr. Matthias Augsburger completed his studies in Munich, his doctorate in Regensburg and his legal clerkship in Hamburg. He was first admitted to the bar in 2019 and has particular expertise in commercial law due to his professional experience gained at one of Germany’s leading law firms.
